Spacious and comfortable house in Paripueira, located in the DelMar condominium, about 400 meters from the beach and the Mar & Cia Beach Club (walking distance).

The house was completed in Dec/25, well laid out and functional. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, all with air conditioning. The spaces are integrated and the outdoor area is a highlight, with a private pool, outdoor shower, and a gourmet area with barbecue.

For access to the condominium, it is necessary to send the guest list in advance, including full name, valid identification, and vehicle details.

We kindly request that the house be left organized, with washed dishes and collected trash. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

The condominium allows only background music.

Small pets are allowed but must be informed in advance.

The house is about 400 meters from the beach and the Mar & Cia Beach Club. Complimentary access or special conditions for the beach club may be available according to the rules in effect during your stay.

The living room features a Smart TV and the house offers high-quality Wi-Fi. The kitchen is well-equipped and ideal for those who prefer to cook during their stay.

On the ground floor, there is a suite with a queen box bed. Upstairs, there are two suites with queen box beds and two bedrooms, each with three single beds, all served by a full bathroom.

We provide bed linens as well as bath towels. The house also includes a washing machine and a laundry area.

The guest will have exclusive access to the entire house, including the indoor area, swimming pool, gourmet area, and private parking for up to 3 cars.

Getting around the area is easier by car. The beach and the Beach Club Mar & Cia are nearby and can be reached on foot. Some markets offer delivery, but the best markets require a car. Ride-hailing apps work, but availability is limited.
